The Celebration of Advent

Advent is the season leading up to the birth of Christ on Christmas. It is a time of waiting, hope, and preparation as we remember God’s promise fulfilled in Jesus and look forward with anticipation to His coming.

Sunday Advent Services

Advent helps us slow down and center our hearts on Christ through worship, scripture, and reflection. Each Sunday, we focus on the themes of hope, peace, joy, as we light the Advent Wreath.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service

December 24: 4pm & 5:30pm

On Christmas Eve, we come together to sing carols, hear the Christmas story, and light candles in celebration of the birth of Jesus. This is a special and meaningful service for all ages as we rejoice in the good news of Emmanuel—God with us.

Note for Parents
Christmas Eve services are family services, so there will not be childcare available.

Christmas Break (no services)

Sunday, December 28

The Sunday after Christmas is our annual Christmas Break. It’s the one Sunday each year when pastors, staff, and volunteers all have the opportunity to rest and be with their families. There will be no worship services on this Sunday.
